Free remote fault diagnosis
Many LED faults can be identified from a photo or a 10-second video: a dark block usually points to a module or power supply, a wrong-colour band to a data cable or receiving card, a frozen or black screen to the controller or software. Send us:
- A photo or short video of the screen showing the fault.
- A photo of the back of a cabinet or the label of the controller, if accessible.
- The screen size, installation year and, if known, the brand.
Diagnosis and the first software update are done remotely and free of charge.
Common LED screen faults
- Black or dark block: failed module, power supply (SMPS) or power connection.
- Coloured lines or wrong colours: data cable, flat cable or receiving card.
- Flicker in camera recordings: low refresh rate or controller settings.
- Screen frozen or no image: sending card, video processor or software configuration.
- Patchy colour after module replacement: batch difference – solved with calibration and brightness matching.
Spare parts and refurbishment
We supply compatible modules, power supplies and receiving cards, and repair at component level where it makes sense. For ageing screens we offer refurbishment: removal of the old screen and replacement with a new-generation product, re-using the steel structure where possible. A first assessment can be made remotely from photos.

Do you diagnose LED screens you did not sell?
Yes. Remote fault diagnosis from photos and video is free for any brand and any seller.
Can you supply spare LED modules for another brand?
Often yes. Send the module label, size and pixel pitch; we check compatible modules or a technically suitable alternative and match colour and brightness where possible.
Is on-site service free?
Remote diagnosis and the first software update are free. On-site service is planned and quoted when the fault cannot be solved remotely.
